1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AKC Marketing Strategy Assessment platform ("Service"), operated by Amber Kinney / The AKC Collective ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a marketing strategy assessment quiz, scoring and recommendations based on the Scalable Growth Engine framework, and metric tracking. The free tier includes the assessment and a top-level recommendation. The paid Full Report unlocks all recommendations, detailed insights, and benchmarks.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

4. Paid Features

The Full Report is available as a one-time purchase of $14.97. Payment is processed by Stripe. This is a single, non-recurring charge — there are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring billing. Once purchased, you retain access to your Full Report indefinitely.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payment processing, and database services. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these providers. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious content through file attachments

7. Intellectual Property

The Scalable Growth Engine framework, assessment content, scoring methodology, and all original materials are the intellectual property of Amber Kinney / The AKC Collective. Your quiz results and metric data remain your data — see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
